Original Pan-Fry Gnocchi with cherry tomatoes, melted mozzarella and basil

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pack Pan-Fried Gnocchi - Original
  • 10 gr unsalted butter
  • 60 gr cherry tomatoes
  • 80 gr fresh mozzarella ball
  • A few fresh basil leaves
  • Salt and pepper

METHOD

Place a large frying pan over medium heat and melt the butter. Add the Pan-Fried Gnocchi and cook following the instructions on the pack, then set to one side. Add the cherry tomatoes and mozzarella to the pan, stir gently over a low heat until the mozzarella has completely melted. Serve immediately and garnish with the fresh basil leaves.
