Place the salmon filets in a large bowl and cover in a mixture of the lemon juice, 5 table spoons of olive oil, salt and pepper. Allow the filets to marinade in the sauce for approximately 10 minutes on each side.
Once ready, boil the asparagus in a saucepan of slightly salted water for just 5 minutes.
In a large non stick frying pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the gnocchi and cook following the instructions given on the pack, then put to one side.
Cook the salmon filets in a seperate frying pan for 2 minutes, using 2 table spoons of olive oil.
Once ready serve together the salmon and asparagus, placing the pan-fry gnocchi as an accompaniment.
