SPAGHETTI CARBONARA

Fresh egg spaghetti in a creamy carbonara sauce with pieces of smoked bacon in a Parmigiano Reggiano cheese garnish.

First, fry the bacon for 3-5 minutes on a medium high heat in a small pan. Once crispy, remove from the pan and set aside. Shake the bag of sauce before opening, then pour the sauce into the pan. Bring the sauce to a gentle boil over a medium heat.

Empty the fresh pasta into the pan & stir to coat it evenly in the sauce. Bring the sauce back to the boil.

Cover the pan with a lid and cook over a medium heat for 4 minutes, stir halfway through cooking. Add your crispy bacon and stir it into the pasta and sauce. Serve and garnish with the Parmigiano Reggiano cheese. Buon Appetito!

Remove the outer packaging. Empty the fresh pasta into the tray.

Shake the bag of sauce before opening, then pour over the pasta and stir to coat evenly.

Place the tray in the microwave with a suitable lid or wrapped in kitchen paper and cook at 750W for 5 minutes or at 900W-1000W for 4 ½ minutes. Remove the tray from the microwave using oven gloves and leave to stand for 1 minute. Serve and garnish with the Parmigiano Reggiano cheese. Buon Appetito!”
