OCEAN ZING GIRASOLI
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Pack Of Garlic Prawn & Chilli Girasoli
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 200 g Baby Courgettes, Sliced
- 1 Garlic Clove, Sliced
- 1 Red Chilli, Finely Chopped
- Zest Of 1 Lemon
- 5 g Parsley, Chopped
- Salt & Pepper (To Taste)
METHOD
Cook courgettes:
◯ Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
◯ Add 200g sliced baby courgettes and fry for about 5 minutes until softened.
Add garlic & chilli:
◯ Stir in 1 sliced garlic clove and 1 finely chopped red chilli.
◯ Cook for 2–3 minutes, then remove from heat.
Cook the pasta:
◯ Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
◯ Add the Girasoli and simmer for 2 minutes.
◯ Drain well.
Finish the dish:
◯ Toss the Girasoli with the courgette mixture.
◯ Top with the zest of 1 lemon and 5g chopped parsley.
◯ Season to taste and serve.
