TUSCAN FARM GIRASOLI

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Pack Of Braised Beef & Red Wine Girasoli
  • 200 g Shiitake Mushrooms, Sliced
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Garlic Clove, Sliced
  • 5 g Rosemary
  • 0.5 Tsp Black Pepper
  • 50 g Pancetta
  • Salt (To Taste)

METHOD


Cook mushrooms:
◯ Heat a dry frying pan over medium heat.
◯ Add 200g sliced shiitake mushrooms and cook until they begin to brown.
◯ Add 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 sliced garlic clove, and 5g rosemary.
◯ Cook for 1 minute, then season with ½ tsp black pepper.

Crisp the pancetta:
◯ In a separate dry pan, fry 50g pancetta until crispy.
◯ Drain on kitchen paper.

Cook the pasta:
◯ Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
◯ Add the Girasoli and simmer for 2 minutes.
◯ Drain well.

Finish the dish:
◯ Toss the Girasoli with the garlicky mushrooms.
◯ Top with crispy pancetta and serve.
