Gently boil lots of fresh water in a big pan. Add a pinch of salt and carefully add your pasta.
Empty the pasta into the pan. Once water reaches a simmer, cook your pasta for 2 minutes, no longer, then drain gently.
Serve with a trickle of olive oil, a spot of melted butter or your favourite sauce. Why not add a scattering of freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano. Enjoy!
