BASIL PESTO
We source the unique Genovese basil (P.D.O. Basilico Genovese), with its distinctive aroma, from the Liguira region where pesto was first made. We also use extra virgin olive oil so our pesto may separate or become solid, just give the pot a good stir before mixing with freshly cooked pasta. For best results, remove from the fridge a few minues before using and serve without heating.
