Fire & Cream Ravioli
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Pack Of Spicy Sausage Ravioli
- 200 g Cherry Tomatoes, Halved
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Garlic Clove, Finely Sliced
- A Small Handful Of Fresh Basil Leaves, Torn
- 0.5 Tsp Freshly Cracked Black Pepper (Or To Taste)
- Salt (To Taste)
METHOD
Cook the tomatoes:
◯ Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
◯ Add the sliced garlic and fry gently for 1 minute until fragrant.
◯ Add the halved cherry tomatoes and a pinch of salt.
◯ Cook for 5–6 minutes until the tomatoes soften and begin to release their juices.
Cook the pasta:
◯ Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
◯ Add the Spicy Sausage Ravioli and simmer for 2 minutes. Drain.
Finish the dish:
◯ Add the drained ravioli to the pan with the tomatoes.
◯ Toss gently to coat, adding a splash of pasta water if needed.
◯ Tear over fresh basil, season with cracked black pepper, and serve immediately.
