1pack of La Famiglia Rana Genovese Basil P.D.O Pesto
1Kgsmall carrots peeled
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
METHOD
Preheat oven to 220°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper or foil.
Place carrots in a single layer on the prepared baking tray. Drizzle with olive oil, and then sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place in the oven and bake until golden brown, for about 25 to 35 minutes. Remove the pesto from the fridge 10 minutes before the carrots are ready, and stir.
Transfer the carrots to a serving plate, season with pesto and serve.
