INGREDIENTS
- 1 pack La Famiglia Rana Pan-Fry Original Gnocchi
- 300 gr skinless cod fillets
- 100 gr flour
- 100 gr sparkling water
- 1 lemon
- parsley for sprinkling
- oil for frying
- salt
- pepper
METHOD
Add the flour and sparkling water to a mixing bowl and stir together for a short time to form a batter. Cut the fish into bite-sized chunks then mix into the batter.
Fry the fish in hot oil until cooked. Pat dry with kitchen roll to remove excess oil, then season with salt. Melt a knob of butter in a non-stick pan. Add the gnocchi and fry over a medium heat, turning from time to time. Fry for at least 5 minutes until crisp and golden. Serve the gnocchi in paper cones with the fish, lemon wedges and a sprinkle of fresh parsley.
