In a non-stick frying pan fry the Filled Pan-Fry Gnocchi following the pack instructions.
To prepare the tzatziki, wash, peel and grate the cucumber. Use the back of a teaspoon to strain the cucumber pulp through a sieve and remove any excess liquid.
In a bowl add a drizzle of olive oil and mix with the lemon juice and Greek yoghurt. Grate the garlic cloves and add these to the mix with the cucumber pulp. Finally, chop the mint and add this to the sauce.
Serve the Filled Pan-Fry Gnocchi with the bowl of tzatziki dip.
