In a non-stick frying pan fry the Filled Pan-Fry Gnocchi following the pack instructions.
To make the pepper salsa, wash and brown the sweet baby peppers on a moderate heat for 1 hour (alternatively, you can use a jar of roasted peppers). Once roasted, blend the peppers with a hand blender until you get a thick and chunky salsa. Add a tablespoon of olive oil and salt to taste to the mix.
Serve the Filled Pan-Fry Gnocchi with the bowl of salsa.
